Meet Sparkle Cat Shiny Eyes

Went to the street fair on my own. Cruised the whole thing in 2 hours. Found my favorite jeweler that I bought 2 different rings from about 20 years ago on Telegraph Ave in San Francisco. Chatted with him about the broken band on my turtle ring and he says he can fix it for free. *glee* I still WANT, NEED EVEN one of these
*sigh*
Also found the artist I was looking for and bought 2 more prints. He does Cowboy art, but strictly with a #2 pencil and is simply amazing.

Now I get to decorate the Christmas tree, and do some more laundry. Sometime this weekend I have to wrap and package for shipping the presents that need to go out, and get a good photo of the kids for the holiday card.

"I love you" and random drive by hugs from my kids

Sad about not having enough of the red wool to do what I want, but absolutely ecstatic about having LOTS of the forest green wool to make a gown out of instead.

Saturday - bewilde and her 3 lovely kids came over and we sent the youngsters out back to play while we watched Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. (just too many oogy parts for the little ones to see in that film) Then we had chili dinner and everyone settled in to watch Ratatouille. Happy happy visit.

Sunday - spunkybluegrl came over and we got her started in on how to make a taj-kulah. She is excited and that is so very good to see.

How do I know?
The picture of this month's cat looks just like Midge, the princess fluffy butt herself.
Yay.

While no hawks or falcons have come to visit recently, the other birds have taken it upon themselves to make themselves at home in the yard.
