How does one crochet Element X?

Free pattern created by Jocelyn Hinkle. Makes 1 Flying pig with pose able limbs.

This pattern has only been self tested, please let me know if you find any errors.
NOTE: I know that many folks prefer to use a ch 2 at the beginning of a row, I prefer a single chain as it results in a much tighter product without very noticeable join. Please work with your preference.
