WTF
"I like these calm little moments before the storm. It reminds me of Beethoven. Can you hear it? It's like when you put your head to the grass and you can hear the growin' and you can hear the insects. Do you like Beethoven?"

Stansfield from The Professional
One of Gary Oldman's best roles. He is a massively talented character actor

You gotta love an actor so devoted to his roles that his costars have had to take out restraining orders on him cause they were so creeped out by him (ie. Wynona Rider during the making of Dracula).

And I agree, his Stansfield is one of my favorite movie villains of all time

He based his Zorg charicter in the 5th element off Ross Perot as an arms dealer. I died when I heard him say that in an interview.

I think it's terribly funny that at almost the same time as he was filming "Leon", in which he gives that delightful quote about Beethoven, he was also playing Beethoven in "Immortal Beloved".
